Our show has completed 1000 episodes in a certain way and style – Manish Raisinghan

Talented Manish Raisinghan talks about his association with the show Sasural Simar Ka in a chat with us.

With the popular show on Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka completing 1000 episodes recently and yet ruling at the TRP charts, we speak to actor Manish Raisinghan who has been a part of the show since its inception about his journey and bonding with the co-actors over the years now.

Here is Manish talking about the same –

Talking about achieving this milestone Manish says, “It is a very proud moment. In Bollywood they have a trend of celebrating 300 crore club or 400 crore club but in televsion we have just one club that is thousand episodes club. Our show has completed this thousand episodes in a stylish way as many shows have ended before completing thousand episodes but we have successfully accomplished achieving thousand episodes not only as the leading show of Colors but also as a slot leader and that’s why I say that we have completed thousand episodes in style.”

Talking about his co-actors he says, “My co actors are like my friends. I have never taken them as my co actors, we totally enjoy the time when we are on the sets. I always feel that I am with my family when I am on the sets .”

When asked about the response he has received from his fans over the years Manish says, “There has been lots of memorable feedback. The cutest feedback is when you get hugs and kisses on the road. While many people love and adore me that its great to see their response. Many aunties come and pull my cheeks, even the boys are loving my character because Siddhant is an angry young man and which is something they idolize.

On the same time we completely enjoy shooting as suddenly you realize that there are millions of people who love it, they keep tweeting about it, they keep messaging it, they see every little scene of yours and capture little bit of it. So it makes you more responsible.”
