Shiju Kataria to feature in Code Red!

Talented actress Shiju Kataria will soon be seen on Colors’ Code Red.

Pretty Shiju Kataria, who rose to fame with Star Plus’ show Behenein, looks like is very much keen on doing episodics. While she has featured in many episodics of Crime Patrol and Savdhaan India, now she will be seen on Code Red.

Our source informs us, “Shiju will be seen in the upcoming episode of Code Red Umeed that is produced by Fremantle Media. The story will project a cancer survival suicide case. Shiju will be seen portraying the role of a mother of twin sisters and a boy. Her in-laws will not like the two girls and will harass her. On the other side, she is a cancer patient and tackles her problems by her own. She even attempts suicide numerous times but at the end she survives and what makes her stay alive is what the story is all about.”

We contacted Shiju and she confirmed saying, “Yes, I am shooting for Code Red. It is totally a different experience for me. I am playing the role of a struggling mother and the story revolves around her as how she overcomes and faces the problems that come her way.”

Indeed seem to be a heart wrenching episode!
