Like every week, Star Plus’ hit dance reality show, Nach Baliye 7, had some brilliant performance and some not so brilliant ones too. But what was different today was the Preity Zinta was replaced by three new judges- Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Remo D’Souza. No guys not for long only till Preity returns from Shimla where she’s visiting her sick grandmother. Well for those who missed the show here’s a quick recap…

Guest Of Honour…

Promoting their upcoming dance drama, ABCD 2, Varun, Shraddha and Remo donned the judge’s hat. While Remo gave in his expert advice and critique to the contestants, Varun and Shraddha merely enjoyed the show and later even took to the stage. Shraddha gave a soulful rendition of the Sun saathiya track from ABCD 2 and Varun performed an amazing dance stunt where he hangs from satin linings and rotates himself. But more than Varun it was Rohit Nag trying the stunt that left us in splits.

Performances…

Most performances today were just about average. Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna were the only couple who gave a memorable enough performance with perfect co-ordination. Rashami Desai and Nandish Sandhu’s performance was also good but it can be credited to Rashami alone as Nandish contributed little to the performance. Aishwarya and Rohit’s performance was very THANDA.

Elimination…

The worst performance, by far, was given by Payal Rohatgi and her fiancée, Sangram Singh and the two were eliminated today having received the lowest marks. That Sangram is no dancer was established in the very first performance of the couple. We’re just surprised that they lasted this long. The good part about the couple was that they parted ways from the show on a very happy note. No rona-dhona, no drama!
