The Janmashtami celebrations have been organised at ‘Kutte Wali Gali’ where the ‘Jhanki’ is being decorated and a Fancy Dress Competition organised in which the kids would dress up as Krishna and their parents would dress up as Devki and Yashoda.

As the neighbours prepare for the Fancy Dress Competition, a poor kid from the locality wants to be part of the competition but is unable to buy the Krishna costume. Papaji helps the kid participate in the competition and eventually the kid wins the Fancy Dress Competition.

Bhagwan Das tells the neighbours that it is the costume that makes one the best Krishna as there is God within every kid. Neighbours in the locality celebrate Janmashtami and play the game of ‘Dahi Handi’ with religious fervour and in the end Shivay gives a sneak peek into the significance of ‘Janmashtami’
