Ulka Gupta and Ankur Nayyar to enter Devon Ke Dev …Mahadev

Life OK’s Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev (Triangle Films Company) will show an interesting track revolving around Mahadev (Mohit Raina) and Parvati (Suhasi Dhami).
For this particular track, the show will have two important cameo characters. Popular actress Ulka Gupta and seasoned actor Ankur Nayyar have been roped in to play the roles of Kanyakumari and Kraunch respectively.
A source states, “Kanyakumari will be an avatar of Parvati. The girl would be in her teenage, and will have fire and glitter in her eyes. As for Ankur, he will play the character of Kraunch, son of Himavant and brother of Parvati. Kraunch will want to become the biggest mountain and will want to inherit all the powers of his father.”
When contacted, Ulka’s father confirmed the news, “Yes, this is a very interesting character. Ulka does not do much of TV these days, but being a Hindu and worshipper of Parvati, I wanted my daughter to play this character of Kanyakumari, an avatar of Parvati.”
Ankur too confirmed the news saying, “It is a cameo role, and I will play brother of Parvati. I will be shown as a warrior.”
