Shakti Anand to play the LEAD in Gangaa!!

It is funny sometimes about how actors get certain roles. Something which happened with actor Shakti Anand proves how things often return to their very beginnings. Shakti has been cast as the new hero opposite Aditi Sharma, in Gangaa.
The funny or rather a very co-incident part here is he was earlier approached to play the father-in-law in the same show. Later on, the role was played by Hiten Tejwani.
However, this isn’t the first time that such a thing happened with the actor. Earlier, he had been offered to play the role of Shiv (Sidharth Shukla) in Balika Vadhu, by the same production house. He then entered the show as the lead, Jagdish (played by Shashank Vyas) post leap.
We tried reaching him, however, he remained unavailable till the time of filing the story.
