What does fitness means to you? What’s your idea about fitness?

Fitness means maintaining a balance between your mind, body and soul. A positive energy is very essential for proper fitness.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

I personally don’t get much time to go to gym so, I believe in stretching and doing yoga whenever possible. Also one thing that I always do is meditating before and after sleep. It brings lot of positivity in me.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Not much but I don’t prefer to intake processing food.

Do you take protein supplements?

No.

A celeb body you admire.

After watching the song Kamli from the film Dhoom 3, I just could not stop myself from getting inspired by Katrina Kaif’s body. One needs to have such a athletic body.

Any sport you are skilled at?

Volley Ball and Table Tennis. I used to play a lot but now time does not permit for the same.

What is your fitness secret?

One thing that I follow is avoiding elevator and using the staircase whenever needed. Also eating at regular interval of times helps me a lot.

I would just ask them to feel positive and stay healthy as it will help to stay fit.
