Sphere Origin’s new show might replace Balika Vadhu…

Balika Vadhu, Colors’ longest running show has crossed more than 2000 episodes and has been entertaining the audience since 8 years now.

The show was launched in 2008 with a new concept and a social message. Set in the backdrop of rural Rajasthan, Balika Vadhu reflected the regressive beliefs and practices like child marriages still being followed in several parts of the rural country. The concept of the show and the wonderful performances of the actors lead to the show being one of the most popular shows of television.

The show also gave some brilliant actors to the industry. Actors like Avika Gor, Pratyusha Banerjee, Shashank Vyas, Sidharth Shukla, Toral Rasputra and many more claimed their ticket to fame through this show.

The latest we hear is that the show is set to pull off the strings soon.

Our credible source informs, “Balika Vadhu, the show that started seven years back along with the launch of the channel, Colors has seen many popular actors coming in and going out. And all this while the show sustained to keep the audience glued to their screens with their intriguing storyline. However, as they say all good things come to an end, the show too might soon come to an end.”

“The makers of the show, Sphere Origin are now planning to roll out a new show which would replace Balika Vadhu. However, the plot line of the new show is yet to be disclosed and they are working rigorously on the same,” the same source added.

When contacted the Producer Sunjoy Wadhwa (Sphere Origin), he declined the news.

Well if at all that happens.. we just hope Sphere Origin gets a good replacement for its beloved show Balika Vadhu.

I can see Balika Vadhu nearing its end:

    1. Only thing remaining is to reunite Nimboli with her biological mother Anandi, and dishonnest, selfish Mongala gets her lesson of honesty and sacrifice.

    2. Criminal Akhiraj and his unscrupulous wife and son are yet to be punished.

    3. Dr. Anant should probably end in marrying Anandi.
