Among a host of rumours, there are some which are true events and the rest may be hoax but…there is no smoke without fire! Being under the scanner of various rumours comes hand in hand with the fame for an actor.

Divyanka Tripathi about recommending husband Vivek Dahiya: Ranging from her break-up with Ssharad Malhotra to now being happily married to co-star, Vivek Dahiya, Divyanka Tripathi has been the subject of controversies time and again.The media reported about a deal where Divyanka recommended her husband-actor, Vivek Dahiya to be a part of the venture she had signed, failing to which she would opt out of the project. Divyanka went on to express her anger by mentioning that she is constantly judged and that she doesn’t need to ‘FIND WORK’ for Vivek as he is already doing great on his work-front.
Tiffs between co-stars Dheeraj Dhoopar and Dipika Kakar: Colors’ popular show Sasural Simar Ka celebrated 5 years of the successful run on the sets for which Dipika Kakar threw a party for the whole unit and cast of the show. However, the lead actor of the show, Prem aka Dheeraj Dhoopar was not present to celebrate this rare feat. Sources remained firm to the news that the two actors share a cold vibe, though the actors refuted the rumour.
Drashti Dhami’s spooky experience: The viewers were anxious to see their favourite and one of the most popular TV celebrities Drashti Dhami in Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil on Star Plus.Rumours about Drashti and her escapades in Austria made it to the news headlines almost every day. Drashti was apparently stalked, spooked, had injured her ankle and even lost her phone, but the actress clearly denied all the allegations.
Kratika Sengar – the ‘Tantrum Queen’: Rumours had it that Kratika threw a lot of tantrums on the sets of Kasam which she kept denying time and again. After her re-entry in Kasam as Tanuja, she was requested to give customary bytes to the media. Kratika not only denied giving interviews but also refused to shoot till the media personals were present on the sets. Rumour mills also churned out news that she misbehaved with the media for no particular reason. Kratika then clarified that she does not mind giving bytes but shooting on-location scenes when the camera is rolling distracts her and hence she had requested the media not to have their camera rolling at that particular occasion.
Hina Khan to enter Bigg Boss Season 10 on Colors: Essaying the titular role of Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai since eight long years, Hina Khan decided to quit the show taking the viewers aback! Her exit from the popular show brought in a flood of offers for the Hina. One of the offers she was rumoured to be a part of was that of Bigg Boss season 10 as a wild card entrant. Hina Khan rubbished this news through her social media accounts.
Karan Patel quitting Yeh Hai Mohabatein on Star Plus: When Karan Patel tweeted with the hashtag ‘#TheShowMustGoOn’ along with a few other words, people assumed that the handsome man was calling it quits from the show and people from all parts of the nation tweeted requesting him not to quit Yeh Hai Mohabatein. The actor then clarified the misunderstanding and refuted rumours of quitting the much-loved show and his character.
Disha Parmar in Ishqbaaz on Star Plus: Disha Parmar was most loved for her sizzling chemistry with Nakuul Mehta in ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara’ on Star Plus. Nakuul soon bagged another show, Ishqbaaz and Disha was speculated to be a part of the show for a cameo appearance.
