Badtameez Dil: Darshan Raval to sing 8 songs and to do a cameo in the new show

The new Star Plus show is going to be musical – and no it’s nothing like Glee
Nisha Aur Uske Cousins is being replaced by Badtameez Dil, which is a love-hate story between two actors, who are absolutely new to the Star Parivaar. The show goes on air on June 29, 2015.
The show will be a musical and almost eight of the songs in the show will be sung by Raw Star singer Darshan Raval. Sources inform that the channel and the producers have approached Darshan to also make a cameo appearance in the show.
Besides Darshan, there will be a few songs sung by Suyyash Rai as well. If you remember, a few months ago Suyyash had released his song Khushnuma starring Kishwer Merchant – his girlfriend. The lead actors of Badtameez Dil are Pearl V. Puri and popular south actor Asmita Sood. The show also stars Ayub Khan, Indresh Malik and Anjali Mukhi. The first promo in other first song from the show is already on air and has been receiving rave responses.
Darshan, who is in Dubai promoting Star network claimed that fans are going gaga over the song. In fact, there’s a version of the song with him in the video instead of the lead actors. The first song gives us a glimpse into the whole show and the gist of the story.
