Businessman turned actor, Ankur Ghai, who is all set to debut in his first serial Tum Aise Hi Rehna (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms) on Sony Entertainment Television, said that he feels that there is no such competition between him and his wife.
Ankur’s wife Kanika Maheshwari is currently essaying the role of Meenakshi Rathi in Diya Aur Baati Hum (Shashi Sumeet Productions) on Star Plus, which is aired on the same time slot with Ankur’s show.
In a conversation with our team, Ankur said, “I know both our shows will be aired during the same time, but honestly speaking I don’t feel any competition from her. *Diya Aur Baati Hum* has already created a special position among the audience. And, we have just begun our journey”.
“Both the shows are very different. I wish that our serial will also be successful like *Diya Aur Baati Hum* and I also wish that we will be able to create our own identity. I believe that audiences will like both the shows”, added the smart actor before signing off.
