An actress makes her comeback to the fiction space with an upcoming show, ‘Waaris’..!

The season of comeback has hit telly town in recent times, where stalwart actors like Barun Sobti, Vivian Dsena, and Rubina Dilaik announced their comeback to television screens in the past two months.

And this wave doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon. Joining this bandwagon now is the actress, Aarti Singh. In the fiction space, she has proved her mettle with memorable roles like those in ‘Parichay’ and ‘Thoda Hai Thode Ki Zarurat Hai’. And she is very active in her reality show front, where her comic prowess is evident with her performance in ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ following the lines of her brother, Krushna Abhishek.

Last seen in ‘Uttaran’ when it comes to fiction shows, She is now all set to make her comeback with Ashvini Yardi’s upcoming show, ‘Waaris’ which is all set to be aired on & TV.

The show is about a mother who has three children and how the society favours a male child over the female one, specifically when it comes to being the heir of a family.

These days, several actresses are fazed about playing a mother on-screen.

Aarti elated about her comeback to fiction after four years, mentioned that she has no qualms in playing a mother if the role is powerful. Being offered roles earlier, nothing excited her as much as this role did. Hence, she decided to take up this role.

Also, actor Gaurav Sharma who is best remembered for his role in ‘Jodha Akbar’ will be playing a parallel lead role in the show.
